Norman "Norm" Richard Marlborough (born 12 August 1945) was a Western Australian state politician.Marlborough was born in Yorkshire, England and arrived in Western Australia in 1963. Before he entered parliament he was a fitter and turner and later a union official. He was elected as an Australian Labor Party member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly for the seat of Cockburn at a by-election on 7 June 1986 following the death of Clive Hughes.
