Norman Thomas William Allan (Lithgow, New South Wales, 3 June 1909 - Manly, 28 January 1977) was the Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force, from 1962 to 1972. The year 1962 was significant in the history of the organisation as it was the 100th anniversary of its formation under the then present organisational structure.
