The 9th Congressional District of North Carolina is a Congressional district in south-central North Carolina. The district boundaries were redrawn in 2011. It now consists of southern, western and northern portions of Mecklenburg County, the western portion of Union County and a southwestern portion of Iredell County. It no longer includes any portions of Gaston County or Lincoln County.
