State Route 678 (SR 678) is a short north–south state highway located in southeast Ohio. Entirely situated within Laurel Township in Hocking County, State Route 678 has its southern terminus at State Route 374 approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) southwest of the hamlet of Gibisonville, and its northern terminus is at State Route 180 nearly 2.5 miles (4.0 km) northeast of Gibisonville.
