The Pai River (Thai: แม่น้ำปาย, rtgs: Maenam Pai, Thai pronunciation: [mɛ̂ːnáːm paːj]) originates in the mountains of the Daen Lao Range, Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province, Thailand.
