Panther Run is a tributary of North Branch Buffalo Creek in Centre County and Union County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 3.9 miles (6.3 km) long and flows through Haines Township in Centre County and Hartley Township in Union County. The watershed of the stream has an area of 3.79 square miles (9.8 km2). The stream's headwaters are in a forest spring and it has one named tributary. Virtually all of the watershed is forested.
