Patrick Tay Teck Guan, BBM (Chinese: 郑德源; born 1 December 1971) is a Singaporean politician. A member of the People's Action Party (PAP), he currently serves as a member of parliament (MP) for the West Coast Group Representation Constituency, or GRC in short.
