Paula Lee Bennett (born 1969) is a New Zealand politician and member of parliament for the National Party. She is a Cabinet minister with the roles of Minister of Local Government, Minister for Social Housing, and Minister of State Services. She also represented the electorate of Waitakere, which was abolished prior to the general election in 2014. She was elected to Parliament as member for Upper Harbour after the 2014 general election.
