Penne Percy Korth Peacock (born November 3, 1942 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi) is an American diplomat. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1964 with a B.A.She is a commissioner of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. Nominated in 1997, Korth Peacock previously served as Ambassador to Mauritius from 1989 to 1992.
