Peter Richard Orszag (/ˈɔrzæɡ/; born December 16, 1968) is an American economist who is a Vice Chairman of Corporate and Investment Banking and Chairman of the Financial Strategy and Solutions Group at Citigroup. He is also a columnist at Bloomberg View and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Before joining Citigroup, he was a Distinguished Visiting Fellowat the Council on Foreign Relations and a contributing columnist for the New York Times Op-Ed page.
