Prairie Hill is an unincorporated community in western Limestone County, Texas, United States. It lies along U.S. Route 84 northwest of the city of Groesbeck, the county seat of Limestone County. Although Prairie Hill is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 76678.Named for a small nearby hill, Prairie Hill's first settler was shopkeeper Marquis Perry, who became the first postmaster when the community received a post office in 1884.
