The Puerto Rican boa (Chilabothrus inornatus) is a species of slender, terrestrial, viviparous boa with a dark brown coloration. It grows to about 1.8-2.7 meters (6–9 feet) in total length. It feeds on small mammals, birds, and lizards. As a member of the rainbow boas (genus Epicrates), it belongs to the family of the true boas (Boidae). It is currently on the endangered species list.
