Rajnish Mehra (born January 15, 1950) is an Indian American economist. He currently holds the Deutsche Bank Luxembourg Chair at the University of Luxembourg and is a research associate of the NBER. His research interests include capital markets, asset pricing and growth theory.Previously, he was a Professor at Arizona State University, the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an Associate Professor at Columbia University.
