Ramesh Chandra Sen (born April 30, 1940 at Mondaladum village at Ruhia Union in Thakurgaon district), was a minister of Ministry of Water Resources of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. His mother's name was Balashoree Sen and father's name was Khitindra Mohan Sen. He passed his B.com degree from Carmichael College, Rangpur in 1963. Basically he is a businessman but is a mention-able character in politics of Bangladesh.
