Randolph Barlow, B.D. (Randulph, Ranulph, Randall or Ralph Barlow; c. 1572–1638) was an Anglican prelate who served in the Church of Ireland as the Archbishop of Tuam from 1629 to 1638.Born in around 1572, he was educated at Cambridge University, England, and graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity degree. His first known ecclesiastical appointment was a canon of Kildare Cathedral, holding the Prebendary of Geashill (1614–17).
