Raptor is a graphical authoring tool created by Martin C. Carlisle, Terry Wilson, Jeff Humphries and Jason Moore. The software is hosted and maintained by US Air Force Academy professor Martin Carlisle.The software allows students to write and execute programs using flowcharts.
