Raymond Herbert Talbot (August 19, 1896, Chicago – January 30, 1955, Pueblo, Colorado) was a Colorado politician who served as the 27th Governor of Colorado for ten days in 1937.Talbot, an electrical engineer, was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 1926 and to the Colorado Senate in 1928. In 1932, he was elected the 26th Lieutenant Governor as the running mate of Edwin C. Johnson.
