Raphael John Musto, usually known as Ray Musto (March 30, 1929 - April 24, 2014) had been a Democratic politician, and former member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. He later served in the Pennsylvania Senate from 1982 until his retirement in 2010.Musto was a lifelong resident of Pittston, near Wilkes-Barre. He served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953.
