Raymond Joseph Saulnier (September 20, 1908 – April 30, 2009) was an American economist, who was Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) from 1956 to 1961 under President Dwight David Eisenhower. He was born in Hamilton, Massachusetts.
