Roy "Reg" Park (7 June 1928 – 22 November 2007) from Leeds, West Riding of Yorkshire, England, was a bodybuilder, businessman and film actor. Reg Park invented the "Golden Six" routine, which is a staple for beginner bodybuilders who desire to gain fast immediate gains.
