Richard Peter Hugh Utley (11 February 1906 – 11 February 1968) is a former English cricketer who was a right-handed batsman who was a fast bowler.Utley represented Hampshire and made his first-class debut in the 1927 County Championship against Kent. Utley would play 31 championship matches for Hampshire over the course of two seasons. His final match for Hampshire came in the 1928 season against the touring West Indians.
