William Richard Womack (born 1974) is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from District 18, based in Arkadelphia in Clark County in South Arkansas. The district also includes parts of Dallas, Hot Spring, and Garland counties. He was initially elected in 2012.Womack graduated in 1993 from Benton High School in Benton in Saline County near Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1997, he graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.
