Robert Nuttall (1 May 1908 – 10 January 1983) was an English footballer who played as a wing half or as a centre forward. Born in Tottington, Lancashire, he began his playing career with his hometown club before joining Football League Third Division North side Nelson in February 1931. One of Nelson's final signings as a League club, Nuttall made his debut at left-half in the 2–5 defeat to York City on 21 March 1931.
