Rosneft (Russian: Росне́фть, IPA: [rɐˈsʲnʲefʲtʲ]) is an integrated oil company majority owned by the Government of Russia. Rosneft is headquartered in Moscow's Balchug district near the Kremlin, across the Moskva River.
