Ross Elliott (June 18, 1917 – August 12, 1999) was an American television and film character actor. He began his acting career in the Mercury Theatre, where he performed in Orson Welles' famed radio program, The War of the Worlds.Throughout his career, Elliott appeared in more than 100 television programs, including the recurring role of crewman Cort Ryker on the syndicated The Blue Angels (1960–1961), starring Dennis Cross and Don Gordon.
