(James J.) Séamus Dwyer (c.1882 – 20 December 1922) was an Irish politician. Serving as an intelligence officer for the Dublin Brigade of the Irish Republican Army, and as a Dáil Court judge he was imprisoned by the British in 1921. He was elected unopposed at the 1921 elections for the Dublin County constituency as a Sinn Féin Teachta Dála (TD) in the 2nd Dáil. He voted in favour of the Anglo-Irish Treaty.
