Highway 19 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan connecting Highway 15 northern extremity near Hawarden to Highway 18 at the southern extremity near Mankota.Highway 19 passes through major communities of Elbow, and Central Butte all in the south west section of Saskatchewan. Currently highway 19 has become a case study for The Saskatchewan Center for Excellence in Transportation and Infrastructure.
