Scott Niedermayer (born August 31, 1973) is a Canadian former ice hockey defenceman and current assistant coach of the Anaheim Ducks. He played 18 seasons and over 1,000 games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New Jersey Devils and Anaheim Ducks. Niedermayer is a four-time Stanley Cup champion and played in five NHL All-Star Games.
