Sebastien Daniel Rousseau (born 10 September 1990) is a competition swimmer who has represented South Africa in two Summer Olympics and other international swimming championships. He is the South African record holder in the 400m Individual Medley (LCM) with a time of 4:11.11, which he achieved while winning the event at the 2013 U.S. Open. He competed in the 2009 and 2011 World Swimming Championships, in Rome and Shanghai respectively.
