It shows a continuation of the nu metal sound expressed in his first solo album, Seo Tai Ji and even elements of hardcore punk. It has remained one of his popular albums, selling over a million records in Korea. Ultramania spawned three number-one singles, "Internet War", "Ultramania", and "Feel the Soul".
