Shackelford Miller, Jr. (September 4, 1892 – November 24, 1965) was a United States federal judge.Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Miller received an A.B. from Princeton University in 1914 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1917. He was in private practice in Louisville, Kentucky from 1919 to 1939. On February 16, 1939, Miller was nominated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to a seat on the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky vacated by Elwood Hamilton.
