Shaun L. S. Donovan (born January 24, 1966) is an American government administrator and housing specialist who serves as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Donovan is also the former United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, serving from 2009 to 2014. Prior to this he headed the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
