Sheryl Lee (born Sheryl Lee Ralph; December 30, 1956) is an African American actress, singer, and activist. She is best known for her role as Deidra "Dee" Mitchell on the UPN comedy Moesha (1996-2001). She also originated the role of Deena Jones in the Broadway musical Dreamgirls (1981).
