Sicelo Shiceka (8 June 1966 – 30 April 2012) was a South African politician.A member of the African National Congress, Shiceka was a member of the National Assembly and was chosen by President Jacob Zuma as the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs in May 2009.
