Simon Findlay Crean (born 26 February 1949) is an Australian politician and trade unionist. He was leader of the Australian Labor Party and Federal Leader of the Opposition from November 2001 to December 2003. He was President of the Australian Council of Trade Unions from 1985 to 1990.
