Sin Boon Ann (simplified Chinese: 陈文安; traditional Chinese: 陳文安; pinyin: Chén Wén-ān)(Born 19 March 1958) was a Singaporean Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC. He has represented Tampines GRC from 1997 to 2011, where he was replaced by a new Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat.Sin is currently a director at law firm Drew & Napier, and used to serve as a lecturer at the law faculty of the National University of Singapore between 1988–1992.
