Soul On Board was the first solo album by Curt Smith, member of the British pop band Tears for Fears. It was released on 23 August 1993.The album was Smith's first musical venture after leaving Tears For Fears in 1991. Preceded by the single "Calling Out" (which he performed on "The Chart Show"), both the album and the single were ultimately unsuccessful and failed to chart in the UK.
