Stephen Fain Williams (born September 23, 1936) is a Senior Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was appointed to the court in June 1986 by President Ronald Reagan, and took senior status in September 2001.He was the son of prominent lawyer C. Dickerman Williams. Stephen F. Williams graduated from Yale College (B.A. 1958) magna cum laude, where he was a member of Manuscript Society, and from Harvard Law School (J.D. 1961) magna cum laude.
