Stephen G. Handy (born March 4, 1951 in Ogden, Utah) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives representing District 16. Handy was appointed on April 15, 2010 by Governor of Utah Gary Herbert to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Representative Kevin Garn.
