Stephen Charles Brine (born 28 January 1974) is a British Conservative Party politician and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Winchester. In the 2010 general election, he had a majority of 3,048 (5.4%) over the Liberal Democrat candidate Martin Tod. He was re-elected to the House of Commons in the 2015 general election with an increased majority of 16,914 (30.6%).
