Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai (Urdu: سید غلام نبی فائی‎), is an American citizen of Kashmiri origin, born in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. He was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on 19 July 2011, for concealing transfer of USD 3.5 million from Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to fund his illegal lobbying efforts and influence the US government on the Kashmir conflict in violation of Foreign Agents Registration Act.
