Thomas Memory Turner (July 17, 1847 – September 2, 1917) was a music professor. He spent many years working at the Western Lunatic Asylum of Staunton, Virginia. Turner was also a watchmaker, fixing watches and jewelry as well as offering his services tuning instruments.
