Tarfaya (Arabic: طرفاية‎ - Ṭarfāya) is a town, previously also known as Villa Bens during the Spanish period, located in the Tarfaya Province of the Laâyoune-Boujdour-Sakia El Hamra region of southwestern Morocco.
