Edward E. "Ted" Kaufman (born March 15, 1939) is an American politician who served as a United States Senator from Delaware from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 until 2011, he chaired the Congressional Oversight Panel in the United States federal government; he is the second and final person to have held that post, succeeding inaugural holder Elizabeth Warren.
