Terence Francis "Terry" Moran AC (born 19 October 1947 in Melbourne, Victoria) was, as Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the most senior official in the Australian Public Service from March 2008 to September 2011.Moran is currently the Chair of the Barangaroo Delivery Authority, a Special Adviser on Public Sector Reform at the Boston Consulting Group, a member of the boards of the Melbourne Theatre Company and the Cranlana Programme, a Senior Adviser at Maddocks law firm, and is a governor of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia.
