Texas State University Round Rock Campus (RRC) is the official name of Texas State University’s campus in Round Rock, Texas. Located just 20 miles (32 km) north of Austin, it is informally referred to as "Texas State–Round Rock." Construction began on the current campus in 2004 and opened its doors for the Fall semester in 2005. The campus hosts upper-level classes for eight bachelor's degrees and courses for eleven master's degrees and seven post bachelor's certificate programs.
