The Old Rectory, Llanbedr is located two miles north-east of the market town of Ruthin, Denbighshire, around 400m north of the quiet village of Llanbedr and is a late 17th century property, of a type rare in the county. It was listed as Grade II* on 19 July 1966 (Cadw Building ID: 1352). The front has five bays and is a double pile of mellow red brick, with a hipped roof. It is set back down a quiet and private country lane.
