Tim Wylton (born 27 February 1940 in Bangor-on-Dee, Wales) is a British actor best known for his television roles Stanley Dawkins in My Hero and Lol Ferris in As Time Goes By.As a stage actor he appeared in Zeffirelli's noted 1961 Old Vic production of Romeo and Juliet and was a "mainstay" of the Royal Shakespeare Company between 1963 and 1977.His real name is Higginson and he attended Strathallan School, Perthshire and RADA.
