Titus County is a county located in the northeastern region of the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2010 census, its population was 32,334. Its county seat is Mount Pleasant. The county is named for Andrew Jackson Titus, an early settler.Titus County comprises the Mount Pleasant, TX Micropolitan Statistical Area.
