Todd Rex Gloria (born May 10, 1978) is an American elected official in San Diego, California. He served as the interim Mayor of San Diego after the resignation of former mayor Bob Filner in August 2013. His term as interim mayor concluded on March 3, 2014, when mayor-elect Kevin Faulconer was sworn in.In addition to serving as interim mayor, Gloria is a City Council member representing District 3. He served as president of the nine-member Council from 2012 through 2014.
